Village House - The Village House is just behind the University Village and situated in a quiet neighborhood. Walk within minutes to the UW, parks, and hiking/biking trails, including the Burke Gilman Trail. Restaurants, Cafes, bookstores, and clothes stores are all within minutes' walking distance. This house is located between the Children's Hospital and University Hospital, with the Eastside a quick car trip away.

Quiet tenants preferred; no partiers, no smoking, no pets. The current tenants are friendly, quiet graduate or senior students.

Deposit
Holding deposit for one-bedrooms or studios is $300 in cashier check. $150 is refundable and the other $150 is non-refundable once you enter into the lease.

Payment of first-month and last-month rent is required for move-in.
