Deposit
Holding deposit for one-bedrooms or studios is $500 in cashier check. $200 is refundable and the other $300 is non-refundable once you enter into the lease. The non-refundable portion covers professional carpet cleaning fee and the application screening/admin fee.

Deposit for furnished one-bedroom apartments is $600.

Payment of first-month and last-month rent is required for move-in.

Cats only, with a $500 deposit fee ($250 refundable and $250 non-refundable).
