The fairly new Theresa Apartments (built around 1990) - Each unit has its own microwave oven, large refrigerator, garbage disposal, and washer and dryer. The utilities (water, sewer and solid waste) are free. There are secured parking spaces in the basement accessible by a garage opener ($60 monthly fee). All of the entrance doors are double secured and intercom installed. The Theresa Apartments are close to the University District, parks, grocery stores (such as PCC Whole Food), and libraries. There are public transits to downtown, Northgate Mall, and University.
