Noble House - Quiet, cozy, private, scenic, and close to the University of Washington, the elegant, colonial-style Noble House resides on a lush lot in a peaceful neighborhood in the U district. The Noble House is NOT a viewless apartment complex shared by 50 to 100 people. There are only 6 units in this professionally cleaned house. The Noble House features neighborhood views and secluded courtyards, framed with lush trees. You can read or have barbecues on the balconies, which provide picturesque views of the city and the Lake. Nearby are parks and trails for walking or biking. You can walk to the University of Washington or the U Village within minutes. As for services, there is a washer/dryer room on site and you will have free Wi-Fi. Plenty of street parking is available with an annual permit for about $20-$25. The Noble House is NOT a rooming house sharing the same entrance, kitchen and bathroom. Each unit is around 400 square feet and includes a bath, a living area, a kitchen, and a divided study area/twin-size bedroom. Living in the Noble House, you will have your own separate entrance, your own complete kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom, trash bin, broadband cable, and gardening lot. The other tenants in this building are 5 mature singles. No party lovers, please (although once or twice in the house is okay). Strong references preferred. Length of lease is negotiable, but 9 months or more is desired. Pictures are of a unit similar to the one for rent but may not be exactly the same.

Holding deposit for one-bedrooms or studios is $400 in cashier check. $200 is refundable and the other $200 is non-refundable once you enter into the lease.
