Noble House - Quiet, cozy, private, scenic, and close to the University of Washington, the elegant, colonial-style Noble House resides on a lush lot in a peaceful neighborhood in the U district. The Noble House is NOT a viewless apartment complex shared by 50 to 100 people. There are only 6 units in this professionally cleaned house.

The Noble House features neighborhood views and secluded courtyards, framed with lush trees. You can read or have barbecues on the balconies, which provide picturesque views of the city and the Lake. Nearby are parks and trails for walking or biking. You can walk to the University of Washington or the U Village within minutes.

There is a washer/dryer room on site. Plenty of street parking is available with an annual permit for about $20-$25.

The Noble House is NOT a rooming house sharing the same entrance, kitchen and bathroom. Each unit is around 400 square feet and includes a bath, a living area, a kitchen, and a divided study area/twin-size bedroom. Living in the Noble House, you will have your own separate entrance, your own complete kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom, trash bin, broadband cable, and gardening lot.

The other tenants in this building are 5 mature singles. No party lovers, please (although once or twice in the house is okay). Strong references preferred. Length of lease is negotiable, but 9 months or more is desired.

Close to: University of Washington Campus; Children's & University of Washington Hospitals; University Village Shopping Center; Magnuson Park; Lake Washington; easy walk to: PCC Natural Market, Metropolitan Market, Burke-Gilman Trail & multiple bus routes to downtown Seattle; easy 5 minute drive to I-5. there are beautiful sunset views in the evening, as well as views of Mt. Rainer, Lake Washington, the Cascades, & Mt. Baker on clear days as you walk through lovely residential neighborhoods.

Activities: swimming & hiking at 350 acre Magnuson Park with its mile long stretch of Lake Washington shoreline; boating on 22 mile long Lake Washington (sail boat & kayak rentals available at Magnuson Park); walking & biking along 27 mile Burke Gilman Trail with biking/walking trail access to Magnuson Park, University Village Shopping Center; University of Washington campus & hospital; Children's Hospital; shopping & restaurants in Wallingford and Fremont neighborhoods.

Deposit
Holding deposit for one-bedrooms or studios is $450 in cashier check. $250 is refundable and the other $200 is non-refundable once you enter into the lease. The non-refundable portion covers professional carpet cleaning fee and the application screening/admin fee.

Deposit for furnished one-bedroom apartments is $600.

Payment of first-month and last-month rent is required for move-in.

Utilities
Water, sewer, garbage, and recycle bills are included in the rent.

Pets
Cats only, with a $500 deposit fee ($250 refundable and $250 non-refundable).
