Lee and Lee Apartments - Lee and Lee Apartments - Originally built in 1962 as a motel for that year's Seattle World Fair tourists, the conveniently-located Lee and Lee Apartments has one-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 330 to 700 square feet. Each unit has a private kitchen with a full-size fridge and a full bathroom. The living room and bedroom have wall-to-wall carpeting. The apartments have on-site coin-operated washing machines and dryers (3 washers and 4 dryers) and a responsive on-site manager. Seventy percent of the tenants are quiet graduate students or research scholars. The Lee and Lee Apartments also have easy access to I-5, and the building is within walking distance of the University of Washington. A parking space is $85 per month. Wi-Fi is included in the rent, but tenant must pay his own electricity, water, and sewage bills.
