Lee and Lee Apartments - Originally built in 1962 as a motel for that year's Seattle World Fair tourists, the conveniently-located Lee and Lee Apartments has one-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 330 to 700 square feet. Each unit has a private kitchen with a full-size fridge and a full bathroom. The living room and bedroom have wall-to-wall carpeting.

The apartments have on-site coin-operated washing machines and dryers (3 washers and 4 dryers) and a responsive on-site manager. Seventy percent of the tenants are quiet graduate students or research scholars.

Just blocks away from University of Washington, UW Medical Center, Roosevelt Clinic Center, Children's Hospital, Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, Kaplan Test Prep Center, and quick transit to downtown Seattle! Easy access to I-5 and the 520 bridge for a quick commute to the East Side (Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, et cetera).

A furnished one-bedroom in the north building will be available August 1 at $995.

Two large furnished one-bedrooms will be available September 1 at $1095.

Holding Deposit
Holding deposit for non-furnished one-bedrooms or studios is $500 in cashier check (based on one tenant). $300 is refundable and the other $200 is non-refundable. The holding deposit for furnished units is $600, $250 non-refundable and $375 is refundable once you complete the lease.

The non-refundable portion covers professional carpet cleaning fee and the application screening/admin fee.

Deposit for a furnished apartment is $600.

Payment of first-month and last-month rent is required for move-in.

Utilities
All utilities are included in the rent, with a cap on electricity.
