Holding deposit for one-bedrooms or studios is $450 in cashier check ($500 for two-bedrooms). $250 is refundable; the other $200 is non-refundable once you enter into the lease.

Deposit for furnished one-bedroom apartments is $600.

Payment of first-month and last-month rent is required for move-in.

Utilities
Water, sewer, garbage, recycle, and Wi-Fi bills are included in the rent.
